The Lost Children Of Tuam - Preview Screening/Q&A with Director Frank Berry

This is an incredible true-life story of how Catherine Corless researched and uncovered the devastating truth that as many as 796 children were buried in unmarked graves in the Mother and Baby Home in Tuam; a secret hidden from society for so many years. Her work began a campaign for justice for both victims and survivors.

The story is brought to the screen so brilliantly and delicately by Irish Director Frank Berry (Aisha, Michael Inside), and written by Rebecca Lenkiewicz (The Salt Path).  The film is based on The New York Times article by Dan Barry which was optioned for the screen by Liam Neeson.  

The film stars BAFTA-winner Monica Dolan (Mr Bates vs The Post Office) and co-stars Andrew Bennett (God’s Creatures) and Ian McElhinney (Game of Thrones).

The Lost Children of Tuam is in Irish cinemas from Friday, 25th September.
