Hole in the Head - Special Academy Screening
IFTA MEMBERS' SCREENING

Irish Film & Television Academy are delighted to host a members' screening of Dean Kavanagh's film Hole in the Head.
Hole in the Head, in consideration at the 2023 IFTA Awards, follows a part-time projectionist and amateur filmmaker, John Kline Jnr, who is mute and suffers from missing time. He hires local actors to play his parents in a series of recreated home movies in order to investigate their unsolved disappearance 25 years earlier. Hole in the Head is an 'experimental narrative' about autofiction, trauma and private ritual.
Hole in the Head will screen at 6.30pm on Thursday, 26 January in Dublin's Savoy Cinema.
