Louise Kiely launched Louise Kiely Casting in 2005. She has become a leading figure in Irish casting, overseeing critically acclaimed film and television such as Sing Street, Normal People, and The Banshees of Inisherin.
Carla Stronge

Carla is a three‑time Primetime Emmy winner for her work on Game of Thrones. She earned further recognition in 2024 with the British Independent Film Award for Kneecap, followed by the first ever IFTA Award for Casting in 2025.
Emma Gunnery

Emma Gunnery is a London and Dublin based casting director with nearly a decade of experience. In 2025 she received an IFTA nomination for her casting work on Baltimore (her sixth collaboration with Samson Films), and her recent credits include Kathleen Is Here, Oddity and Lola.
Karen Scully

Ali Coffey

Ali Coffey began her career as a casting assistant at age 17 and founded Ali Coffey Casting (AC Casting) in 2002, specializing in commercials, film, TV, and new media. Her recent notable credits include location casting on Cocaine Bear (2023), AMC’s Moonhaven, and Fate: The Winx Saga, as well as founding Fishpond, he first online casting platform in Ireland.

Nuala Moiselle

Nuala Moiselle cast landmark Irish films like My Left Foot, The Dead, The Field and Veronica Guerin, and worked on major international TV series such as Vikings, The Tudors and Penny Dreadful. She received the 2007 IFTA Industry Contribution Award and was celebrated for her deep commitment to Irish acting talent.
Maureen Hughes

Maureen Hughes launched her casting career with Druid Theatre in 1984 and served as Head of Casting at Dublin’s Abbey Theatre from 1991 to 1994. She has worked on projects like The Butcher Boy, The Boxer, the Oscar-winning short Six Shooter, and Once, in collaboration with filmmakers such as Neil Jordan, Jim Sheridan, Martin McDonagh, and John Carney.
Amy Rowan

Amy Rowan is one of Ireland’s foremost casting directors, with a career spanning over 25 years and more than 70 screen and theatre productions, including Adam and Paul and Garage, credited on major Irish and international projects.
Barry Coyle

Barry Coyle began his casting career at Dublin’s Abbey Theatre in 2007 as a Casting Assistant, and has since worked extensively in Irish stage and screen casting for Druid Theatre, the Gaiety, RTÉ, BBC, Netflix, Element Pictures and more
