The 9th Annual Irish Film & Television Awards were held at the Convention Centre Dublin on Saturday 11th of February 2012. The ceremony was broadcast on television across Ireland on RTE One with highlights distributed around the world.

The Irish Film & Television Awards are the highlight of Ireland's film & television entertainment calendar and a night when the Irish industry gathers to celebrate the year's very best in creative production in feature film, television and animation. The winners for the Irish Film & Television Awards are decided by Members of IFTA and a selected jury of top industry professionals.
